Bell Art - Floral Emblems Art Card Kangaroo Paw WA

One of Australia's most distinctive wildflowers, the Kangaroo Paw (Anigozanthos manglesii) was declared Western Australia's floral emblem in 1960. One of approximately 12 species of the genus restricted to the south-west of Western Australia, this singularly beautiful species is named after Robert Mangles, who raised this flower in his garden from seeds brought from the Swan River by the state's governor, Sir James Stirling.
